About SiteForward

Kevin Gilpin
Founder, SiteForward
You probably don't think of your business as an "online business." But your customers do.
When someone searches for your services, reads reviews, looks at your website, or compares you to a competitor, they're forming an impression quickly. And that impression can quietly influence whether you get the call.
I started SiteForward because I kept seeing strong, well-run businesses being held back by outdated or neglected online presence - not because they weren't good at what they do, but because staying current online is hard to prioritize.

I've spent over 25 years building enterprise software. I've designed and built many complex products for large companies, and founded a cybersecurity startup that was acquired by a NASDAQ-listed company. My work has always focused on building things that are reliable, sustainable, and designed to age well.
Over time, I've found myself more interested in applying my experience in ways that feel more direct, immediate, and personal.
Many owner-operated businesses don't have access to experienced technical guidance. They're offered trendy solutions, complicated proposals, or tools that create more confusion than clarity. What they really need is steady judgment and a clear plan.
That's what SiteForward provides.
This isn't just about a website. It's about your overall online presence - how you show up in search results, how your business is represented, how easy it is to understand what you do, and how confident someone feels reaching out.
For many businesses, just a few additional qualified inquiries each month can meaningfully change the year. Being well-presented online isn't about being flashy. It's about looking credible, established, and trustworthy.
My approach is simple: modern tools, clear scope, predictable costs, and systems built to last. I handle the technical side in a way that feels calm and straightforward, so you can focus on running your business.
Technology should quietly support your success.
If it's not doing that today, we can fix it.
